Mission Statement
The mission of WRAP is to revitalize and preserve community treasures such as neglected buildings, homes and vacant property by working together with property owners, neighbors and town administration to promote a more prosperous town.
Vision Statement
Our vision for Whitakers,NC is to improve and maintain an attractive visual and physical appearance, instill community pride by enhancing the social, cultural and economic fabric for all residents now and in our future. Our goal is for our downtown area to grow into a vibrant area positively affecting our neighborhoods, homes and overall community.

Thanks to Keep America Beautiful for providing us with equipment for street cleanups—Freds foods club for discounts on bags for food drive and BBQ Chicken fundraiser—Strawberry Patch/Fisher Farms For donating the use of their trailer for our greenville NC food bank delivery— Mr John Taylor for donating the use of his equipment for digging holes to plant azaelas—Capital Broadcasting for there Azalea celebration which awarded us 50-encore azaleas—Edgecombe County ABC Board for allowing the use of electricity source for the christmas trees during this season–A very special “thank you” to you all from WRAP
